What is your Return Policy? 

Hi! 

If you would like to process a return with us at Kora Kollective, please contact us through the contact page , in this email we request you to include information as to why you wish to process your return, the order number and photos of the item. It is important to note the customer has 7 days (from the delivery date) to place a return with us , or the request will be invalid. From there we will inspect the item once we have received it , if the item is returned and it is not in the original condition then we cannot accept the refund. If we proceed with the refund please note that the shipping cost will not be refunded and the customer wishing to place the return is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. It is also important to note that if our items are on sale we cannot accept the return of clearance items as return items are marked down and aren't refundable. In addition the items wont be eligible for return if the tracking number is not supplied upon request of the return. And finally we will always try our best to make sure the customer shopping experience is easy and accessible. We will always make sure to keep our customers delighted and always satisfied as we want you to be happy with your product and come back to shop at Kora Kollective! 

Shipping

We offer Worldwide shipping! Shipping will be calculated at online check out! 

Please allow up to 7 Business Days for your order to be fulfilled as we could have had an influx of orders at times and limited availability of some unique drops! Our team is constantly working overtime to get the orders out to you, please contact us if you have anymore questions! It is important to know that we are shipping all our watches from Australia, if you are ordering Internationally, please remember the time differences, as your order may take a bit of extra time for us to receive and prepare! 

Shipping Responsibility 

Please note that after an item has been shipped, we do not have control over courier handling, and we do not take the responsibility of deliver services as it is out of our control how the parcel is received. If there is an issue with delivery please contact the postal service to find a suitable solution for this. Also of our orders come with tracking codes and we are available 24/7 replying to emails and communicating with our customers, solving issues and answering queries to the best of our ability. 

All orders are sent via a tracked service where tracking to your shipping address is available. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order. 

To avoid issues with delivery, we advise providing an address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for your package.

Furthermore, each watch is inspired by vintage style and design and very sturdy for everyday wear purposes. Our photos are unfiltered and must be closely examined before purchasing. The information of the materials that make up the watches are listed in the product details of the said item.
