The clasp was pretty tricky to open the first time and took so manoeuvring with some pliers and a knife but once i got it, its been smooth sailing since. I did end up having to buy my own watch link removal tool since the supplied one bent and then broke. But I think that was because the links are round and therefore harder to place in the tool. Other than those teething issues, I've loved the watch and definitely appreciated the freebies that were included as well! 💚

Its so cute!! Im in love with it, it looks so cool and not cheap :) buuut keep in mind that the wristband is reaally big, i had to get ot altered on a jewelry store for it to fit my wrist, but in my country they dont charge a lot for that bc its an easy an common fix, but if your wrists are small/average youll have to do that, for me its 100% worth it!
